Looking to incorporate strength training into your routine or wanting to switch up your current workout plan? Join April Imholte for virtual sessions twice a week for quick and effective workouts. Staying active during the colder, darker months is crucial. Remember, the only workout you'll regret is the one you didn't do!

Join Laura on Saturday, November 2nd to paint one of these fun masterpieces.
At 10:30 am, we will have Kids and Canvas. Laura will show your kids how to paint this adorable "Scarecrow." For kids, the cost is $23 per child. We will meet in the Art Room at the High School.
At 5 pm, adults are invited to paint "Fall Wreath." The cost for this one is $33 per person. We will be at the Cormorant Lake Sportsman Club. There will be a cash bar available.
You must go to my website to register by October 30th so I can prepare enough canvases. Invite your friends and family and make it a fun-filled night!

Empower Performance: Confidence and strength training for young athletes
This 4 weeks class with equip your athlete with tools to improve confidence along with building a solid foundation in strength to prevent injuries.
The class duration is 1 hour. The first 30 minutes will focus on mindset performance. Mindset work will focus on controlling thoughts before, during, and after a performance, creating a routine to bounce back from a mistake, daily routines to build confidence, and a visualization routine. The last 30 minutes will focus on strength, speed, and agility training.
Class Dates: September 7th, 14th, October 5th, &12th
4th-6th grade girls @ 9 am-10 am
7th-8th grade girls @10am-11am
Cost $140 for all 4 sessions

Painting Class in August.


2024 Miss Sunshine & Mr. Moonbeam Contest is the kickoff to Cormorant Daze. Held at the Cormorant Community Center on Friday, August 16th at 7pm. (Rehearsal Thursday at 6pm). The contest is open to girls and boys, ages 5 to 12 years old. The crowning will be random selection. Prizes for every participant! There is also a Talent Contest, which is optional, and medals and prize will be awarded. There is no fee to enter, and the deadline is August 1st. We will limit enrollment to 20.
