I hope this message finds you and your students are enjoying the 2025-26 school year! It has been a great first two weeks of school and I'm so excited to be here. My name is Randy Bergquist and I am thrilled to be the new Superintendent of Lake Park Audubon Schools.
It is an incredible honor to join this community again so deeply committed to student success, family engagement, and educational excellence. From everything I already know from being a teacher at LPA a while back, this is a district full of heart, energy, and potential. I couldn’t be more excited to be back and be a part of it.
As an educator, leader, and parent, I believe strongly in the power of connection and collaboration. Schools are at their best when families, staff, and community members come together to support and inspire our students. I can’t wait to meet you, listen to your stories, celebrate what’s working, and dream big about what’s next.
My top priority is making sure every student in our district feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. Together, we’ll build on the great work already happening and explore new ways to grow and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
In the weeks ahead, I am excited to get to know our outstanding students, staff, and families. I look forward to meeting many of you soon and welcome your ideas, questions, and input at every step of the way. Here’s to a bright future and a fantastic year ahead!
With excitement and gratitude,
Dr. Randy Bergquist
