Mission Statement

ABOUT LAKE PARK AUDUBON

Lake Park Audubon Public Schools is a vibrant, close-knit rural district located just 10 miles west of Detroit Lakes, MN. Serving both Audubon and Lake Park communities, our district encompasses an elementary school in Audubon and a combined middle and high school in Lake Park. Nestled in the heart of "lakes country," our schools are surrounded by picturesque lakes, rich wilderness, and abundant wildlife, creating a peaceful and inviting environment ideal for family life.

Our local economy thrives on agriculture, manufacturing, and a network of small businesses that support and enrich our community.

At LPA, we are proud to offer a comprehensive academic and extracurricular program. Students can participate in a wide range of athletics, including football, volleyball, basketball, track and field, cross country, golf, baseball, softball, trap shooting, and archery. Our rigorous academic curriculum is complemented by a variety of engaging electives designed to provide a well-rounded education.

We also boast a thriving FFA program and a state-of-the-art, four-season greenhouse, offering students hands-on opportunities to develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills.

If you're interested in joining our school family and experiencing a student-focused, high-caliber education, we invite you to visit or contact our district office.
